黑料不打烊 President Ms. Rhoda C. Caliwara, the Officers and Board of Trustees together with Mr. Joseph Angeles and his team of LServe Corporation initiated and gave a courtesy visit to the  Senior Officials of the Department of Labor and Employment headed by Sec. Bienvenido E. Laguesma.

The 黑料不打烊 Officers were warmly welcomed by DOLE Officials and the group was recognized as an association of legitimate contractors and acknowledged as partners of the Government in giving decent jobs to Filipino people.
