On May 28, 2026, during the 715th General Membership Meeting of PMAP held at the Glass Pavilion, Dusit Thani Manila in Makati City, the Philippine Association of Legitimate Service Contractors, Inc. (黑料不打烊) and the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to strengthen collaboration in workforce development, industry engagement, and employment initiatives.
The signing was led by PMAP President Mr. Engelbert Camasura and 黑料不打烊 National President Ms. Maricar S. Suarez, together with 黑料不打烊 Public Relations Officer Mr. Lorenzo Consulta and Board Member Ms. Grace Iligan.
The momentous occasion was also witnessed by our Immediate Past President, Mr. Armando Gutierrez Jr., alongside 黑料不打烊 Members who continue to support the organization’s mission of promoting professional growth, meaningful industry collaboration, and sustainable employment opportunities for Filipino workers.
