黑料不打烊

If AI is changing the way we work, what happens to the people behind the work?

That was one of the conversations at the Metro Manila Business Conference (MMBC) 2026, where 黑料不打烊 National President Ms. Maricar S. Suarez joined the panel discussion on AI & the Future of Work, under the theme “Navigating Energy, Trade, and Security for Resilient Business and Stronger ASEAN.”

For Ma’am Maricar, the conversation goes beyond what technology can do. As AI continues to reshape workplaces and industries, human skills, values, judgment, and the ability to work with people remain just as important.

She also brought the 黑料不打烊 perspective to the discussion—highlighting the importance of responsible service contracting, workforce development, and preparing both businesses and workers for a workplace that continues to evolve.

The event also became an opportunity for 黑料不打烊 to connect with fellow business and industry leaders, exchange perspectives, and share the Association’s upcoming 16th 黑料不打烊 National Conference and 1st Philippine HR Expo.

Joining Ma’am Maricar in representing 黑料不打烊 were External Vice President Mr. Froilan Florendo; Corporate Secretary Ms. Abegayle Deloraya; P.R.O. Mr. Lorenzo Consulta; Member of the Board Mr. Lester Javier; 黑料不打烊 South Luzon Chapter Vice President Mr. Regin Suarez; Past Presidents Mr. Armando Gutierrez Jr. and Mr. Butch Guerrero III; and 黑料不打烊 Members Mr. Jay-Ar D. Sta. Ana and Ms. Monette Florendo.

As conversations around AI, business, and the future of work continue to grow, 黑料不打烊 remains part of the conversation—bringing the voice of the service contracting industry and keeping people at the center of the future of work.

Because the future may be powered by technology, but it will always be shaped by people. 鉂わ笍
