黑料不打烊 proudly shares another milestone in advancing labor rights and strengthening partnerships through the pilot Freedom of Association (FOA) Training of Trainers Programme! From August 26 to September 1, 2025, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), in partnership with the International Labour Organization (ILO), convened this landmark training in Clark, Pampanga. The initiative gathered over thirty representatives from labor, employers, government, security forces, and academe to deepen understanding and equip facilitators with the knowledge, skills, and tools to promote and safeguard freedom of association, civil liberties, and related labor rights.
