The 2026 National Tripartite Conference, held on January 28–30, 2026 at the Manila Prince Hotel, was a strong reminder that shaping the future of work is a shared responsibility. With the theme “Advancing Decent Work Towards Shared Responsibility and Prosperity in the Changing World,” the conference brought together key players from government, labor, and employers to exchange ideas, align priorities, and address the realities of a fast-changing workplace. 黑料不打烊 took part not just as a participant, but as an organization that continues to show up where important conversations happen.

Representing 黑料不打烊 were National President Mr. Armando Gutierrez Jr., Vice President Mr. Raymund J. Alfredo, and Past President Ms. Sarah Deloraya-Mateo (2011–2013). Their presence highlighted 黑料不打烊’s consistent leadership and long-standing commitment to promoting decent work and responsible employment.
